Baptism minus infant

infant baptism is the sprinkling or immersion of infants for the purpose of imparting to them spiritual blessings of some sort. Exact person purpose of it differs

from group to group, but almost always implies that a child thereby receives some special spiritual blessing, if not full salvation. Who practices in the baptism? Infant baptism is an ordinance of the Roman Catholic church, the various groups representing eastern orcs the docs, as well as most of the denominations which withdrew from the Rome during the Protestant Reformation, including Lutheran Anglophone, Presbyterian and Methodist

The error of infant baptism

Infant baptism is not taught in the New Testament for some infant baptism is a doctor and by implication it is implied that in five households in the New Testament that were visited by salvation, there must surely have been young children. These were the households of Cornelius in acts chapter 10, Linda in acts 16, the Philippine jailer in acts 16,

The Holy Spirit, fell upon all of them which heard the word. We know from scriptures that, in the New Testament, the Holy Spirit acts less only upon those who have believed. Those gathered were capable hearing the commands of God with the view to believing and obeying. It is specifically stated in acts 11; 17 that those who are saved in baptize with Cornelius were those who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ. Obviously these were not infant's

Linda and her household acts 16:14-15. Nothing is said about infants in this passage, and it is highly unlikely that this busy merchant woman would have had tiny babies. There is no evidence where here whatsoever for the practice of infant baptism

The Filippini jailer and his household acts 16:30-30 for this passage clearly says that Paul spoke the word of God to the insured household first 32 and that the and highest entire household believe first 32 and 33 this could not have said been said to infants

The household of Cypress acts 18; eight. Those who were saved and baptized in this family were all believers, for we are told,  we find no infants being baptized

No one has a right to interject what is omitted from Scripture just to bolster subjectivity a supposed doctrine in it nor the clear teaching of many other portions of the word of God.

Infant baptism is contrary to the New Testament teaching about baptism. Infant’s baptism uses the wrong mode sprinkling rather than a immersion. Infant baptism uses the wrong subject infants unable to believe and to be born again. Infant baptism has a wrong purpose space to impart salvation or spiritual blessings.

Infant’s baptism either states or implies that salvation or spiritual blessing can be imparted through ritual, or through the faith of others. Contrast PS 49:7-8.

Infant baptism implies that the church and impart salvation and blessing to whomsoever it pleases, regardless of being individuals will or faith. Contrast AC. 8:36-37.

Infant baptism results in false security. Multitudes of people baptized as infants grow up thinking it are ready for heaven.

The only proper candidates for baptism are those What Must I do to be saved?

They are trusting in their infant baptism and in their church membership. Such are deceived by the teachings of their own churches.

Baptism

Most of us have a different view about Baptism. Some say it has nothing to do with salvation, some say it doesn’t matter how it is completed sprinkled or immersion . Some say it matters who performs the Baptism some say it doesn’t matter who performs the Baptism.  The only thing we can agree on is we disagree. The following verses describe how we should handle the subject.

God says you don’t need anyone to teach us, the bible is already translated; gather all scriptures that applies to the subject read them don’t add anything that is not there, what does it say? We are not children anymore, we are to be like the Berean. Hear both sides and examine scriptures, and don’t let anyone cheat you thru philosophy and empty deceit or traditions. If anyone adds to or takes away they as well as you will be cursed.

27But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.1 John 2:27

14that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, Ephesians 4:14

8Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. Col 2:8

4Now this I say lest anyone should deceive you with persuasive words. Col 2:4

18Fori I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; 19and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Rev 22:18

17The first one to plead his cause seems right, until his neighbor comes and examines him. Proverbs 18:17
